12/31/17 Bi-Monthly Post

We are pleased to announce that our website is up and running. http://www.simplysandoval.com. Our Web Store still has a couple bugs, but we are working them out with GLETech.com.

We will continue to add new products. The process that the multi-channel platform has afforded us is invaluable. We could not be happier.

Goal: Get all platforms performing at the same time. Sales on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, eBid and website each week. The sales aren't the best on all the channels, but something is better than nothing. List, List, List.

We've been carrying inventory around from our previous brick & mortar stores and flea market booths. NOW is the time for it to all be SOLD! Haven't gotten to it. Hope for this coming year.

With the pricing snafu with Amazon on our FBA inventory I opted to bring it all home. I need to contact Amazon and get this all worked out. I have a lot of items to send back in after Jan. 1, 2018.

What we've sold in the last couple weeks:

Amazon -

Baseball Cards - 22

Football Cards - 9

Non-Sports Cards - 1

Craft Item - 1

eBay -

Baseball Cards - 1

Craft Item - 1

Kitchen Items - 1

Etsy -

Craft Item - 1

eBid -

Website -

My thoughts on our recent sales:
  1. As always, if you don't list it you can't sell it.
  2. All years of trading cards sell, even the mass produced years. Shown by my recent sales. Mostly on Amazon.
  3. Any sale is better than no sale.
What did Simply Sandoval list/do in the last couple weeks?
  1. Lots of Baseball
  2. Some Non-Sports
  3. Need to get all the FBA returns sent back to Amazon.
We've been adding products slowly. It has been super cold here in Northern CA and this is not normal. We really haven't been working since Thanksgiving. With the new year coming we have to start listing more to accomplish our goals.

Have you visited our website lately? Everything Simply Sandoval all under one roof. All our listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and eBid altogether.

This is what we use for our business:

I recently bought the turbo 450 printer and it works great. I've used the twin turbo for years with no problems.

We use both of these labels all the time.
Labels:
Mailers:
Packing Tape:
Scotch Tape:
I get Scotch Tape at the local Dollar Tree in 2 packs for $1

Other Cleaners:

Goo Be Gone, Brasso and Magic Erasers - All bought at the local Wal-Mart
For those pesky old price stickers we use Magic Erasers and Scotty Peelers.

Shoe Cleaners, polishes, and sprays:
We buy all this at the local Wal-Mart.
All-Purpose Cleaner:

This is an excellent cleaner for built up grime, grease, yellowing from cigarette smoke and the like. We used this in the house we moved into. The previous owner smoked in the house. The walls were yellow and the custom cabinets were caked with grease and cigarette smoke. The little garage was used as an extra pantry. The canned goods exploded in the heat and then stuck to the shelves in 1/4" to 1/2" inch think dried up molasses looking spills. We spread it on and we were able to take a putty knife to it about 10 minutes later. This is just an awesome cleaner.

When I use other items I will gladly add them to my recommendations.
